Individuals can file complaints or claims to the Central Inspection against administrations falling within its remit, or against the employees or workers of these administrations, for investigation and establishment of facts.
The President of the Central Inspection reviewed the information inquiry prepared by the relevant General Inspectorate within the Central Inspection regarding the alleged violations of an employee in the Survey Department in Nabatieh Governorate. He formed an inspection committee headed by a General Inspector and composed of specialized inspectors to investigate the matter, determine responsibilities, and propose appropriate administrative and legal measures. The committee was granted a one-month period to complete its task and submit a report of the findings to the Head of the Central Inspection.
