The Central Inspection

Authorities

First :   - All public administrative departments that submits totally to the   
      Central Inspection authorities :

- All public administrative departments and public institutions 
 including their in service and temporary employees.

Second :  - The public administrative departments that submit-according to
            their stated rules-only financially to the Central Inspection
            authorities :

  - The judiciary body, the army, the interior security forces, the
        state security and all the civilians that are employed in these
        public administrative departments, the Lebanese University
        and the Lebanese missions abroad.

Third :    - The public administrative departments that does not submit
            totally to the Central Inspection :

         - Bank of Lebanon.

         - Social security Fund.

         - Council of development and construction.

Fourth :     - The public administrative departments that submits partially  
            to the Central Inspection :

 - The employees and wage-earners who work in the
                   municipalities submit to the authority of the Central
                   Inspection but the executive and legislative authorities in
                   these municipalities do not submit to the Central Inspection
                   authorities.
